Blessed Flower Wilting
I've already rested 4 times, hell 8 times in the BBI bed, 4 times in the inn and the flower I'm using still wilts. What am I doing wrong?

You have to rest with all the flowers in your inn storage for three complete game days, therefore, it has to be four nights to make sure it's done correctly. The BBI bed does not advance time by more than one hour, so it only complicates things.

The other thing that causes a flower to wilt is exposure to poison gas emitted by the Cursed Dragon and Poisoned Undead.

Since when stuff spoils from Poisoned Undead's secretions? Is this in the Pawn knowledge?

Wait poison undead vomit also rots consumables ?

Can't those flowers be stored in airtight flasks? I thought they could.

Nope, but if you pass through the cloud it emits as it dies, the Flower will wilt.

Sobering Wine's Impervious property will extend its protection to a Blessed Flower-- but I wouldn't say it's reliable because if, again, you get too close to the Cursed Dragon's blast of bad breath, the Flower will wilt.

No, they cannot be combined with an Airtight Flask. Therefore, if one is in your personal inventory and you get too close to those gas clouds, it will die.

I wonder if it does the same to apples and meat.
BTW I don't recall any cloud emitted by Poisoned Undead as it dies. Gotta go to BBI and refresh my memory (and maybe edit some wiki article ;).

K, tried and slayed few, they don't emmit any cloud as they die. Also, non of the test items I had (apple, egg, scrag of beast, large fish) didn't change in terms of freshness.
Weird. Could it be it was a thing in, y know, old days?

Can confirm corpse dragon breath can wilt blessed flowers.

Possible. There have been any number of subtle and silent patches over the years, which makes consistency hard to pin down at times. And frustrating, too haha!

I have the same problem with this stupid flower.
I gifted one to my new, alternative Account, so the Arisen can level up faster. I used the flower and before it wilted, put it back in storage. I rested 5 days at pablos inn, and then from the morning to night, so Olra could take me to BBI. I then picked the flower out of my inventory and went inside, I made sure to make a save before I entered. Two Warg gave me double points, then normal scoring. I checked my inventory. Flower wilted. So I Godsbaned, reset to before it wilted and ran back to Olra to put it back in storage. Then returned to Cassardis and slept another 4 days. Repeated as above. But this time it was to late. Just before I reached Olra and could put it back in storage it was wilted. WTF is wrong with it?
I'm lvl. 90 and haven't done "Off with it's head" yet.

By the Maker, exploits work erratically!
What next, hax corrupting the game? Cheat engine stops working?!
;)

some of the undead look like bloaters from another game an when they take x amount of dmg they blow up emitting a toxic and explosive cloud could that be what they mean ?

Poison undead look similar to that Gransis ennemy you're desribing, but they are a bigger, resized, version that you can only find in BBi.
They are very tanky and mostly attack by throwing up, creating toxic puddles around them. They also dont have that self explosion aibility.

Though I'm not sure their poison puddles have the same effect the cursed dragon's breath have of roting consummables present in your inventory.... maybe if you stay long enough in their puddles and get hit by several tics of their poison ?
