Can you create a lobby where your friend can be the RTS manager and other people the infantrymen?

Would love to grind a game like that with a friend or even alone, but it'd only be worth it if it can be played multiplayer coop too

I am fairly certain you can cuz you get to vote on the commander at the start of each game

Yeah just make sure to turn off team balancing when creating your custom lobby.
