Pimp Background Worth Keeping Around?
Hello, just wanted to know if there are any events or noteworthy benefits of having a pimp in my party. His stats and stars are very sub par, but I would like a stronger brother in his place, even if I kind of like keeping him around.
Obtaining Spoiler: To obtain him I used my monk to convert him to my party in an event since he was doing a poor job at pimping.
Anyways here is a screenshot of him https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/863991509451944155/202F926212B166324CA4BDFC9FE0F2850931483F/
Question is in title.

Looks like meat to me. Tank is his only chance, if fatigue will rise a bit.

Yeah, for sure his stats were and are garbage (even without hangover), but I am just wondering if there are any events or what not that would have made him worth keeping (reserve most likely).
Such events would be the caravan hand increasing inventory size, monk solving a bunch of problems, historian leading to valuable treasure/ logical knowledge events, or the cultist leading to davkul stuff, ect.

It'd be interesting to hear if pimps have any effect on any events. I've never seen one, probably because I tend to use cultists rather than monks.

So far I've seen none as I am only 40ish days in with him, but we shall see :)
I can't recall if the guy who is a filly fiddler is that as his class, but maybe that guy has some special events as well?

The horse-fcuker characters are just assigned one of the standard backgrounds (e.g. vagabond), and the melon-fcukers are usually thieves (the last one I got had 3-stars for melee skill, 2-stars for melee defence and 3-stars for ranged defence, and started with ~60 HPs, ~40 resolve and ~115 initiative).

Yeah I figured that might have been the case, thanks

If your pimp can stay in the reserve without losing morale, like with the dastard trait, and you have a couple more there, like a monk with dastard for mitigating random events, and they're both level 1, then rarely the combat drills event will happen. And it will keep happening over time. My pimp and monk have recieved it 4 times I think. Next a brawler can have a random event where he raises a stat of a low level non military background. Next the weapon master has a random event where he raises the melee stats of another brother. The weapon master one can affect anyone I think. Next, after a non-military background merc has his first fight, an event can occur where he's upset and you can try to cheer him up or something. Either he gets increased resolve, or he gets some negative trait I can't remember. Next there's an event where a sellsword will shoot an apple on the head of another merc. The pimp's resolve can rise. If you go ranged with your pimp when you start leveling him up, then when his ranged skill gets high he might have an archery contest with another merc which will further raise his archery skills. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Good to know that he counts as a weak background. At this point tho, I am waiting for him to die or be sacrificed to dakvul lol
