???? its literally the subject of my post. 1 build hybrid with polearms, another with throwing weapons...
Tried that yesterday after someone else mentioned how insanely good whips are. Until they inevitably get nerfed of course.
Whips use Melee Skill. It's your second build that is 'hybrid'.
haha guess thats true. Nice thing about whips/polearms you just need to find a brother with 2/3 stars in matk and 50ish starting matk and no relevant stars anywhere else and you got yourself a good polearm/whip brother.
and if you are lucky you can get a famed whip with minus on fat cost, endless disarm ;-)
Is it even worthwhile getting a whip brother if you are getting nerfed soon?
If you preemptively avoid everything that may be nerfed in the future you never get to have any fun.
Besides, at least the polearm/whip build doesn't require a whole lot that wouldn't make sense on a regular second row fighter anyway, so you're not losing much if whips are no longer viable.
If true this makes getting whips a must.
