"an error ocured while installing warlock's citadel - invalid depot config"

As it says above - I can't even install the game! I either get this message or one saying the server isn't available. Any ideas?

Is this a bug? (No more rage)

I have a warrior who is doing well, until he lost his ability to rage. He is around on level 15, has the complete knight garb and wielding a Dark Shield. None of the items are cursed (have been purified). I cannot figure out why my warrior is no longer raging. Any pointers welcomed....
