As it says above - I can't even install the game! I either get this message or one saying the server isn't available. Any ideas?

I have a warrior who is doing well, until he lost his ability to rage. He is around on level 15, has the complete knight garb and wielding a Dark Shield. None of the items are cursed (have been purified). I cannot figure out why my warrior is no longer raging. Any pointers welcomed....

Really like the game, Is there any chance for adding support for XBox 360 or similar controller on PC?
