For instance, say that your Nog's bonus is 1e12%. 0 unused autoclickers gives 0 bonus. 1 unused autoclicker pushes the bonus all the way from 0 to 1e12%. A second unused AC only doubles that effect, from 1e12% to 2e12%. A third is an increase of only 50%, from 2e12% to 3e12%.
The in game autoclickers stay through transcensions.
