yes, they do, 10 cps each, and you should not stop buying them until you got at least 3.escpacially as they have an use even if unassigned now.

Beyond a certain (low) point of AS, there actually isn't any significant difference between Nog's bonus with 1 unused AC and several unused AC.

For instance, say that your Nog's bonus is 1e12%. 0 unused autoclickers gives 0 bonus. 1 unused autoclicker pushes the bonus all the way from 0 to 1e12%. A second unused AC only doubles that effect, from 1e12% to 2e12%. A third is an increase of only 50%, from 2e12% to 3e12%.

indeed, but what does it have to do with AS???

You said you should not stop buying until you have at least three. My point was that two is probably fine, especially if he's pure idle.

Since I play idle and level my heroes manually I never bought any auto clickers with rubies - and now we got Nogardnit.
If I got it right, I need to buy at least one AC to get Nogardnit's bonus.

So I wonder if I should buy an AC... but, will I keep it over transcending?
The info on the transcension pop up doesn't mention AC's - neither in the list of things that will be lost nor in the list of things that will be kept.
I would assume though that at least AC's bought from DLC's will stay... I don't know though how all the integrated AC stuff works (is there a tutorial or gameplay video that shows and explains things?).

The in game autoclickers stay through transcensions.

I am idle and now have 4 autoclickers. I have 1 that I use when I'm in another window to level my main gilded hero... the other was mainly for extra Immortal hits... now that the ancient is out I went ahead and bought the second dlc and another ruby one. So effectively while I'm manually leveling I have effect of 4 unused AC or while out of window 3... Good trade off I think.
