However, RPG Maker Resources, are exclusive to RPG Maker Engine, and may not be used whole or in part, in other engines. Such as Unity, Unreal, or others. A possible exception may include Pixel Game Maker MV, as an engine you might be at liberty to use RPG Maker resources in, but no express statements from Kadokawa have been made regarding that matter that I know of right now.
If your interested in using unity, Smile Game Builder, with the Unity Engine Exporter, may be something worth looking into for you, as that is one avenue that is open in development of games using that particular engine.
