Death Knight build, tell me your thoughts

Im trying to figure out how to make a good Death Knight from WoW build. So far the role of the dk will be dps/off-tank/debuffer cc.
2-handed weapon+atrophy(unholy)+frost magic(frost)+blood magic(blood) are gonna be the powers.
I thought about choosing in char creation for first weapon 2 handed sword and for the second atrophy.
about skills i think im gonna invest 5 points on might and 3 points on either resolve or wits.
starting with 40 lore and 35 parry and the rest on control atrophy and 2-handed weapon.
Gameplay wise when Barik is attacking the toughest enemy my dk is going kill the javelin men and archers. In big groups he is gonna freeze them and debuff them.
In general it would be wiser to invest more perks on agility tree or power and magic?
Also I could choose dual wield in char creation to take 1 perk on agility.
I would like to play with heavy armor, but at this point it would be bad , as it is unbalanced as hell.

yeah gravelight is the self heal.
i could ofcourse use light armor but the heavy armor is mainly for rp reasons. i have ocd with that stuff

Hmm, well heavy armour wouldn't be too horrendous if you allow yourself to use the Haste spell with the addition of the Prideful Magic sigil. It'll be a slow early game 'til you get the sigils required, but once you get there you'll be able to self-buff with about a 60% recovery speed increase.

When you beat PoTD rebel route in Vendrien Guard and Bronze heavy armour on every single character...
