Report a translation problem
Once you have done the 4 main quest lines you are kind of done with everything the game has to offer.
(I guess you could redo them in slightly different ways, but that is a lot of time investment for a minor difference or two.)
You can cheese stealth to get bonus xp off of every enemy, and cheese skills checks with someone whose skill is just high enough to pass them (this may require respec spamming and/or spam item swapping), but if you end up at a higher level than the game wants you to be it just stops giving you xp.
