Walk toggle key

You've promised us this function years ago, make it happen, please! Here are two options available now. I like 2nd more, as it allows to move more accurately. It's not a racing game, in the end.

1 - alias "+realwalk" "cl_forwardspeed 82"
alias "-realwalk" "cl_forwardspeed 320"
bind "alt" "+realwalk"

That option allows you to walk by pressing the ALT key.

2 - sv_speed_run 90
sv_friction 6
sv_accelerate 50
sv_speed_crouch_crop 0.5

It makes movement slow by default, as it should be. Sprint is SHIFT. Please, make it an option, and call it "Alternative movement speed" or smth. THX.
