Report a translation problem
You can try resetting your achievement progress and try reearning them with everything online. Check #23 of this guide for more:

If you and Steam were online, then were you working on anything that is "in progress" in that you don't get the achievement until you did something enough? It might be possible you technically didn't finish those and just need to keep at it a little more. Also Valve broke in-progress notifications some time ago and never fixed it so any time you're notified of something in-progress, you need to check your in-game achievements or check in the Steam Library.
If none of these are the answer, you might need to make sure you don't have sv_cheats invoked or using mods that may invoke sv_cheats. If you have, undoing/remove them and go back to the main menu and resume your save to resume achievement tracking.
I figured to share some general troubleshooting here. This might not solve your problems, but it could help rule out things.
EDIT - Remembered one more thing. Sometimes in Black Mesa, achievements jam up and you just have to keep trying until you break through. Just something to keep in mind for the achievements you're working on.
