Decay was unofficially ported to the PC by Ukrainian developers and released in 2008 as a mod for the Steam version of Half-Life.
Yeah, it is unofficially available on PC as a Half-Life mod. It is simply great!

We're not looking at remaking Decay, Blueshift or Opposing Force at the moment. We're first and foremost on remaking Half Life 1's core game.
If it's the latter, that's not what PC Master Race is all about.
Not to mention that there's already a different team remaking Opposing Force & Blue Shift.
Those mods are called "Operation: Black Mesa" and "Guard Duty" respectively.
