Subtitles size too small

Hello. I've just adquired the game and unfortunately the subtitles size are too small. Is there any way or any mod to increase them? I'm playing at 1440p and they already look small in my opinion. I probably won't play in my 4k tv because I couldn't read them properly.
Please developers, take this into consideration because HUD scaling according to resolution is very important in current gen games.
