Changing crosshair color

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the color of the crosshair? I cant see it like 85% of the time and it is INFURIATING. Either mod or maybe an ini edit or something?

Yeah I saw those but they don't change the color of the crosshair, just the health/suitpower and ammo displays. The main problem is the very light white crosshair is incredibly hard to see any time I am outside on the surface and that's usually fighting a bunch of marines coming at you and its annoying. If I could make it like a bright green or red or something it would stand out.

Duuuude, I absolutely agree. I actually came across this discussion because I was looking for a way to change the reticule to maybe a red colour as the light yellow colour seems to blend in with nearly all of the surroundings when outside.

I think that they meant yellow. Their brightness is probably up a little so it appears as white.

I would go with a new topic on this. That being said, there should be some easier crosshair customization. In the meantime, there is a guide that should help you do just that.
