It definitely has power, I've noticed that it only happens when I'm hosting a game in multiplayer. On a side note it seems to coincide with the wind messing up, but that part might be a coincidence.
There's a limited amount of error checking during the save function and it doesn't check for vehicle status viability.
If you get out of your vehicle while it's moving you have a much higher chance of saving the state of the vehicle in an undefined state and thus it wont move. Additionally if you get out of the vehicle while you're turning you have a much higher chance of it not moving or only moving in a certain direction when you get back in it.
Yeah, I think you're right. It's something with the save game after entering a vehicle. It's exacerbated in multiplayer for me, but I have noticed it in single player as well. switching seats with friends worked for me too.
Hmm, I have noticed that when the wheels are sharply turned when I exit it almost always triggers it. Thanks for the tips.
