All playboy magazines lost
Came back to try out the new dlc that has just been released and what I don't see. All playboy magazines (almost all), repent magazines, album covers and hot rod too. Is it just only me or anyone else got this?

im playing new DLC and still have all collectibles on 100% so problem is probably on your side.

Just checked my PlayBoy Collection and it`s still there. Did you at any point during your playthrough moded the Save File or used change your Steam Setting for the Game so your save wouldn`t be uploaded to the Steam Cloud?

Yes. When I started a new game I had moved my previous save to another place and turned off Steam Cloud.
