[UnX/Special K] Bug: All enemies slowed?

I feel like I'm going insane, but I activated the modification that lets you see enemy stats all the time and every enemy I've fought in the game so far is showing up as slowed from the beginning of the fight. Does anyone have an idea what might be going on here? Or where I might be able to post/ask for help that might have more expertise in figuring out what's going on?
