"Intel UHD" is NOT a graphics-card but a range of GPUs.
What are you playing on - Laptop or Desktop?
What CPU-Model do you have? You can open task-manager and under the performance-tab it shows the CPU - there at the top right it should say something like "intel celeron G4900T".
Also - how much RAM (memory) does your system have?
In general any computer that says "intel UHD" should have enough graphics-performance to at least run the game, but not on high settings.
Those CPUs are in general strong enough too, but memory can be a problem if you got less than 2GB.
Also, the game's minimum system requirements on the Steam store page lists 4 times the VRAM that your integrated graphics has.
"i5" has been around for over 10 years.
An i5 650 from 2010 has a frequency of 3.2 Ghz, same as an i5 11320H from 2021.
But as you said "UHD graphics" that should be a relatively modern CPU and should be able to run the game.
That is not how iGPUs work.
