Hope there is no Achievement.
Seems 112 items (including World Map) x 112 = 12544 theoretical Mixes.

There's as many as in the 'Mix' menu in the game. Most of them are different combos to get the same result.

Yeah - like in the list I found.
Something for Completionists - seems there is no Achievement.
I read that you can give filled Overdrives to Rikku from Tidus, ...
to speed up - if you want to see all Results - or even do all Combos
Results: 64 x 5 min - 6 hours
Combos: 12544 x 5 min - 1000 hours
Hope they split these 1000 hours on some people for making the list.

There are 64 Mixes made from ~12,500 possible combinations, yes..

I'm fairly sure it's completely impossible to make every single combination because you can mix Master Spheres, of which there are a very limited amount.

there are infinite Master Spheres in the Game
also there are People who made all Combinations already
