CTD entering Cavern of Stolen Fayth?

Doesn't go to the launcher, doesn't provide an error message. The cutscene about lulu plays, she walks in and the game simply closes.
Is there a known fix for this?

I use Untitled Project X but it doesn't care whether or not the game is normal speed or sped up. The game simply crashes directly after the cutscene.

It's definitely something to do with upx. I backed the files into a folder and ran the game without it and the chamber works.

It seems to be an issue with new textures in the inject folder. But all I have installed is "Better textures" and "HD sphere grid".
I'm just going to try and reinstall them one at a time to see which is the culprit.

It is without a doubt the "better textures" mod. First one to quote this gets to be right answer.

I know im late to this, but in case anyone finds this post while having the same problem like i did, all you have to do is go to UnX.ini and change Inject=true to false and then back to true when you are done with the cave. I supose this works with every instance where the game gives you a ctd due to the better textures mod
