Character models glitching in and out
Hi, my rig shouldn't be an issue.
I'm using at 1660 TI and 10th gen i7.

I had the green screen FMV glitch but it worked after I set prefer high performance in the Nvidia settings. However now... the character models are either missing and I just see floating eyebrows for Yuna or Tidus keeps flickering like a ghost. Anyone know the solution?

I never had this problem, but I've seen it mentioned before. I just typed in "invisible characters" into the topic search and it brought up a bunch of threads. There seems to be a variety of issues so you might want to read through them yourself to see if any might apply to your situation.
Thanks for the help!

I found out that the real problem is Untitled Project X. I tried a myriad of fixes and nothing worked. It sucks that I can't change the voice acting back to English and get passive AP, but whatever. At least I can experience the game to the fullest now.

If anyone is having serious graphical issues, uninstall Untitled Project X.

It's unfortunate that UnX is glitching out for you :( It works fine for me, but I don't doubt that it can cause issues for some people.

There is, I believe, another voice patch out there to enable Japanese audio with English text. Search this forum.

And you can use the Farplane tool (also somewhere on this forum) to manually enable AP sharing as well, so you at least retain some of the UnX features.

FFX/X-2 have the option to switch languages (including English and Japanese) however it only allows you to switch BOTH the text AND audio at the same time - so it's either Japanese audio AND Japanese text, or it's English text AND English audio; you can't mix the two. To do so, you need mods.

I'm playing the US version, but at the same time I like to get in some language learning when I'm playing a game so I'm using Chinese subs. However because of that, I'm stuck with Japanese audio, which is OK, but I kinda like the voice acting for the English one.
