Can I run this game with Intel integrated HD graphics card?
I have a laptop which might have a faulty graphics card. I was wondering if I took it out and just used the integrated gpu, would I be able to run this and older FF games?

Unlikely. While this is a port of an old game, it tends to be more demanding than you might suspect. You can try, of course, and it might work fine on the right resolution - but go into this expecting that it won't work, so you're not disappointed. You can refund the game if it doesn't work, I believe; not so sure what the current Steam policies on that are, you might want to check beforehand.

FF-X runs quite decently on an Intel UHD630 - when my old GPU died i was able to play the game quite comfortably, just with some lower setting.

Yes if you run into ramdom freeze this should happen within first half hour you need to set to game setting low (any igpu below skylake mobile needs this).

As i said - it runs on something like an UHD630 with no problems - the Vega is quit a bit stronger.

works playable on 3rd gen Intel or better.
I only heard about issues on 2nd gen like HD2000/3000 where it has flickering graphics or crashes.

I can confirm FFX runs decently on Integrated Graphics. FFX-2 can have a lot of stutter in NPC-heavy areas or in those areas where you're trying to scale a structure and can see the top (there are quite a few of those in FFX-2).
