Does this game have any censorship or anything censored? I want to know before I buy it on Steam

No.

It's the same as the original version in terms of content, visuals, whatnot. FF games have never really had anything particularly risqué, they're not anime booba games. I mean, in some parts they are, they just get away with it.

Although, why would you be playing this title on PS2 or PCSX2 especially when HD remaster adds so many things like Turbo mode etc.? Just on the off chance there is slight censorship somewhere? Like Rikku's butt not being shoved right into our face? Like, would you really forgo superior PC version to PS2 one?

Just have a look at their post history and you'll quickly notice what kind of person you're responding to. A single-issue culture warrior, so of course he would play the inferior product and proudly tell everybody about it.

Yuna's dress has been modified in the chest area.
Fabric has been added to the white tunic, this fabric includes the area of skin under the armpits towards the chest.

There are such changes on all female characters. (More fabric to cover the skin)
Or the camera axis to vary and cover the areas to be hidden.

There are many comparison videos of the PS2 (standard) version and the HD version: such videos demonstrate such variations.

The game remains what it is, if you like the idea of playing a protagonist like "Tidus " buy it.
