Report a translation problem
The newer pcsx2 lets you.
1.You put the replacement textures folder into a empty folder with the games code name written on it if it isn't already provided "SLUS-whatever" for example as name.
2.Put said folder into emulator folder called textures.
3.Go into settings/graphics/Texture Replacement and check Load Textures and also either Asynchonus Texture Loading or Precache Textures depending on your system Ram situation.
This pack has really made the sprites pop out more and the colors are very vibrant. Other notable mentions are Silent Hill 2 3 and Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance also being very good among the many.
Still i'd rather play the remaster with the small additions than the original nowadays (despite the faces and missing sounds...)
You can use better cheats on pcsx2 though.
