Easy mode/ fast progression mod?

Is there a mod available that helps you progress faster in the game, like a easy mode, or instant kill mod?

I want to enjoy the story, without any difficulty fighting against the bosses, etc.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

for mods i would use the untitled project x mod as youll need it anyway to run most final fantasy x mods and then i would have a look on nexusmods for any cheat mods you want you also have the cheat options since you have the steam version of the game so youll have options for max gill get all items and stuff already in the game so you could just use those cheat options and max out your sphere grids and progress through the game easily one hitting stuff or turn off random encounters all together really you dont even need cheat mods with those options in game

There are multiple cheat directly in the game
- Permanent cheats in the menu (esc when you play) like unlock all abilities/ all items and max gils
- Toggleable cheats with F1-F5 buttons like speed booster, encounter rate and supercharge (it's like a godmode, full hp/mp/overdrive if i remember right)

There isn't instant kill, if you really want that, you'll have to look for a cheat engine table or a trainer i guess

thats what i was telling them they dont really need mods unless they want to change visual stuff

These are what you are looking for.
The can be toggled ingame at any time, you can just make your characters perma-overdrive and auto-healing, with 4x speed and auto-fight (only does physical attack) normal fights are over in seconds and you can breeze through the game.

I personally just like 4x with auto-battle for most of the game anyways.

The games internally built cheats are far more than enough to simply walk through the game. You could just give yourself like 25 Strength Spheres through the save editor and that would be enough to make the story a cakewalk. This is by no means a difficult game.

Where exactly did I say that I don't like how they play the game? I merely gave an alternative suggestion that seems more reasonable to me than what they're trying to do in case they weren't aware that this option exists.

If they prefer to do it their way, they're of course free to play it that way.
