Ultima Buster - before entering Sin ?
is there a legal way to unlock Ultima Buster before entering Sin?
like a special Area in the Omega Ruins to catch these Monsters?

the only Monsters i did not find yet - are Exoray and Barbatos

No. Exoray and Barbatos are only found Inside Sin

And IIRC Behemoth King is also exclusive to Inside Sin, but I might be misremembering?

so there is also another Behemoth "King" inside Sin
altogether 3 Monsters only found inside Sin
