(Steam Deck) FFX2 Crashes On Startup

Running on default settings, so I assume this is common. FFX runs just fine, but X-2 will consistently crash after the "this game autosaves" screen. Hope this gets fixed soon.

sure it's the same - just adjust your resolution and settings - if you work with this hardware

Can confirm, X-2 does not run on Steam Deck at all right now, despite the game being advertised as fully compatible

it is marked "Yellow" in Compatibility
and is "extra for you" said that you have to take extra Steps
So even when you buy it - Steam tells you "Yellow".

And now you might want to read instead of posting further proofen falsehoods:
"This game's launcher/setup tool may require the touchscreen or virtual keyboard, or have difficult to read text"
That is the reason why it is listed as yellow-support. Aka everything else should work fine, the

• All functionality is accessible when using the default controller configuration
  
• This game shows Steam Deck controller icons
  
• In-game interface text is legible on Steam Deck
  
• This game's default graphics configuration performs well on Steam Deck
  
• This game does not default to external Bluetooth/USB controllers on Deck, and may require manually switching the active controller via the Quick Access Menu

So first you say it is his fault for condfiguring the hardware wrong, then that he should changwe the hardware of the steamdeck, and now you lie about the actual listed compatibility. it is one thing that you are constantly spamming, but this is just stupid.

Cannot recommend this Hardware.
A lot of Problems with Games and even the noisy Cooler.
You buy this Game and Hardware knowingly.
If you keep going with this - ask "Steam Support" for Support.

maybe they solve their issues with Steam Deck Updates
you can also open it and replace all Hardware - or put a big Fan on the back
while Steam Deck 2 is not coming because of missing breakthroughs
there are other Portables on the way already
