Aoens - Sequence / Order - to obtain
Is there a perfect Sequence / Order to obtain the 8 Aeons?
The 5 first Aeons till Bahamut are straight forward.
But people seem to discuss in which Sequence / Order to obtain the last 3.
Could there be a perfect or "wanted" Sequence / Order like:
6. Yojimbo or Anima
7. Anima or Yojimbo
8. The Magus Sisters

It seems you can obtain the last 3 Aeons in any Sequence / Order.
The easiest way and Sequence / Order seems to be Yojimbo - Anima - Magus Sisters.
However the "Set List" seems to be Anima - Yojimbo - Magus Sisters.

6. "Anime" must be the logical Aeon from Zanarkand - since you unlock him with the last "Destruction Sphere"
7. "Yojimbo" seems to be unlocked before "The Magus Sisters"
8. "The Magus Sisters" at last to unlock

There isn't really much of a choice here.

Anima requires you to unlock all the Destruction Sphere treasures in all temples.

Magus Sisters requires you to beat all the other aeons at Belgemine's.

Which means you must, necessarily, unlock all aeons except Yojimbo and Magus Sisters before Anima; and you must, necessarily, unlock Anima and Yojimbo before Magus Sisters.

So your only "choice" is whether to get Yojimbo first or whether to get Anima first, but the two have nothing to do with each other and it... just doesn't matter. Getting Yojimbo costs money. If you have it when you pass by the Cave, get Yojimbo. If not, get it later. That's the only choice you have.

Exactly - the Choice is Anima or Yojinbo first
- there seems to be a "Set List" where Anima comes first
- also there is no Aeon in Zanarkand - but you unlock Anima in Zanarkand

I don't know which 'set list' you're referring to.

I believe the only actual in-game list is Belgemine, since she has an actual list of aeons (to fight). And IIRC in that list Yojimbo comes before Anima.

To be sure - you would have to go in the Code - if there is a list number for the Aeons.
In a discussion I have found a player claims to know and have testet that Anima comes first.
In Fandom also Anima is listed first.
Haven't been in the Temple Remium where you can fight the 3 Aeons if obtained.
Yojinbo seems to have less HP than Anima.
But in the Game Anima comes first with Seymor
and is also unlocked first following the main story in Zanarkand.

That's a choice you make. It's trivially easy to unlock Yojimbo before Anima, if you so wish. Nothing is stopping you from doing so. There's also no advantage, really. It well and truly does not matter.

Yes - that is what I stated first: the easiest way.
But is it the correct choice for a perfect Game?

There is no correct choice here. Or incorrect. The "perfect game" doesn't exist, because it's purely about what you decide you want to do, and there is no objective reason to do it one way or another beyond "is it possible?". Is it possible to get Yojimbo before Anima? Yes. The end. Everything else is up to you.

In most Choices there is a correct Answer - written in the Code or intended by the DEV.

But that's not "correct" unless YOU define it so. Often code is fairly arbitrary, especially when it comes to things like orders or indexes. Things may be remnants of deprecated designs, technical artifacts, or just plain random picks. Automatically assuming intent is highly fallacious.

That's what I stated - you would have to look at the list in the Code.
Or ask the DEV - if you cannot test it yourself.

This is just one were there is no "correct" answer same as there is not correct answer to what is the best name.
Going by numerics IDs also does not tell you anything (if they even exists) as those numbers normally are arbitrary. They might be changed during production, there might be thigns that got removed, skipped numbers and in general no ordering.

Just look at Pokemon to see just how arbitrary the numbers are: They do not correlate to anything.

just got to know that Anima is the 6. and last Aeon Junalesca made out of the Asthra of Seymors Mother after Bahamut and before Sin
also Anima can be handled normally like the other 5 Aeons before
