Is blitzball tech antidrain fixed in this version?

Look at the wiki http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_blitzball_techniques in "Rare technique ".
Antidrain was impossible to techcopy in ps2 version... I never see an npc use it in my playthrough of hd version too..so I would like to know if the glitch is still there. Need it for Nimrook...just don't want to release him just to get it.

I just ran into this issue. My Nimrook only has Venom Tackle. No Anti Drain or Venom Tackle 2.

I snagged a few players with Anti-Drain for 1 game, equipped them with Anti-Drain, played an exhibition game, forfeit, let them go, and then when another team snatched them up, I tried to techcopy, but the tech wasn't techcopyable.

There's 1 of 2 things happening here:
(1) Anti-Drain cannot be tech copied
(2) Nimrook needs to first learn Venom Tackle and Venom Tackle 2 before learning Anti-Drain.

I'm going to go through the entire process with Venom Tackle 2 later...*sigh*

Update. I learned Venom Tackle 2, then played a game against a team that just picked up my released player that had Anti-Drain equipped.

...and I can't techcopy it for the life of me. No matter the timing. My characters are all around Level 40. I read somewhere that techcopying is easier when your characters are at a higher level, so I'll try this again when my characters are around level 80ish. *sigh*

Yup. I tried it using FFXED. Still the same issue.

At least now that I hacked the game I can add Anti-Drain as a league prize. For some reason I feel like that is cheating a bit less than outright giving the technique to Nimrook. I force myself to play by strange rules when I replay games.
