I used the catnip/gunner stratedgy but they've since nerfed the catnip to inflict auto slow and auto beserk and only one of them can be nullified.
This stratedgy looks promising, though I've yet to try it myself.

In two playthroughs no. Theres actually more than 100% available.
That said,you CANNOT get 100% on your first playthrough so you need to play the game a second time and make different choices. But it is only required to do things once in order to count so you only need to kill Trema once, just as they told you.
Don't know how. You can't exploit the Catnip with Trigger Happy in this verison.
Have fun with Chac without it.
