Report a translation problem
If you want the slow route, and if you use a gamepad, put a rubber band on the stick to keep it pointed in a direction.
Rubberband your gamepad and put a weight on the Cross button.
I set the cursor mode to memory and make the first action with each character of the battle (it remembers the last repeated action for each character). Then I activate the macro. Then I balance something on the W key (or whatever you mapped forward movement to). Pretty sure you can do both, but I like being able to cancel the movement manually so I don't have to freak out trying to turn the macro off if my team is about to die after I forgot about them.
That software is free and lets you record the actions you want. Beware using left/right walk commands as this will interefere in battle and you can end up attacking your own people =)
