[FFX-2] Fixing Rikku's horrible outfit?

I've always hated Rikku's default outfit in Final Fantasy X-2, especially since it's the one she wears for every single cutscene. I think I heard we're still unable to edit the models themselves, but people have been doing retextures, so does anyone know if it would be possible to retexture her torso so she's at least wearing something besides the bikini top, like maybe a yellow tank top or crop top or something equally simple?

Would have been nice if the devs actually make the overworld outfits change depending on what you were currently using. At least in the sceenes that don't use the higher detailed models.

I think too many scenes use the higher detail models so that's why they didn't do it. but yeah, it would have been so nice.

I wonder what the actual statistics are on cutscenes that show an upskirt shot of Rikku vs ones that don't. It must be close to 50%

this question is going to sound really sad but does anyone know where I'd go to start learning how to mod and change textures for games like FFX like people have been doing? it's something I've been wanting to get into for a long time but I have no idea how to start.
