Lightning dodge trick

Don't know if this was posted here already, but to anyone having troubles with the ligtning dodging mini-game :

did it on my 2nd try in 20 minutes with this trick, the pattern makes it so you can predict when the lightning will strike, and you have a safe zone under the tower, allowing you to relax between hits, it made things SOOO much easier for me.

Now only the damned butterflies left T_T

The biggest joke in all of this is all you have to do is stand underneath the tower and wait..
I had just started when some friends stopped by and 40 min later we were going to leave and i said hold on i have to save my game and there was a chest and was like wtf..
It was the sigal and checked the book 436 times i dodged lightning lol i think I did 5 and on the way back was hit by it..
436 lol I'm mad as hell waste all that time trying and all i had to do is stand under the tower..

I think a lot of things are harder in both games in the remaster due to this reason, or maybe my reactions are just slower. Hitting tidus overdrives were weird pretty sure thats input lag and the same on the cactuar nation quest in 10-2 i had to press the button before i wanted to actually press it for it to work lol. Tbh the images move so fast the whole minigame is annoying (but again the speed may be my reactions being slower than 18 years ago). I gave up on frailea despite knowing when im supposed to press it because it just never workd if i anticipated it or delayed it

This is for sure the best way to do it but I still cant do it. :(

Best attempt I did it for just over 21 minutes no hit, and it was only enough for the 150 prize.

On PC I cheated for this, set to 199 in cheat engine, then dodged one. On PS3/4 cheated editing save game editor for the sigil although this didnt get me achievement.

On Xbox Series S is no way to cheat as the save files cant be decrypted hence me trying to do this legit.

Such a horrible mini game, its just cruel have to start all over again for one hit and it needs such a long duration of concentration.

Book says I did 188 consecutive dodges. 1362 total. Dont be surprised if I do 10k dodges before I get 200 in a row.
