No. Several are pemanently lost by that point.

There's 3 in Al Bhed Home you can't go back and get :(

You can however still import those from other save files. It's probably even possible to import from other players if someone uploads a save file for you.

There are 4 that are missable in the game. 3 in Home, and 1 in Bevelle before the Cloister of Trials.

That's alot work!!!Forget it!! I'll keep on playing without complete the Al Bhed Primer books.

Place the save file in "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\Square Enix\FINAL FANTASY X&X-2 HD Remaster\FINAL FANTASY X". Then go to the Miihen Road inn or Baaj Temple, and use the sphere in the floor to merge the primers.
