Question for ffx2 (possible spoiler)

I am currently at work and unable to play but it will be my first play through

I took a look at the dress sphere list and came across a sphere some thing a long the line

Rikku personal mech (machina maw)

Does it acts like a aeon or can I use this sphere along with other team member?

It replaces your team, but has three 'parts' that can be controlled seperately.

You can't use it right as the start as it takes a few turns to activate. The battles are real-time, so everyone gets full experience, unless they're dead.

To transform into the ultimate form thing, you have to go through every dress sphere on the character's current grid. There is a Garment Grid that only has 2 dress sphere slots, so if you want to use a lot of the ultimate dress things that is the one you should be using.

Its been... a long time since ive played x-2 but I remember that much about it lol.
After looking it up, the grid with 2 slots is called Unerring Path, you should get it at the same time you unlock the special dresspheres (which is apparently what they are called)
Edit: my favorite one was Floral Fallal because Yuna, even if Yuna lost her soul in X-2

I think he's just commenting on the change of character between X and X-2; Yuna's personality is completely different.

Ah well I do like her new personality I mean ffx was all sorrow and ♥♥♥♥ sin killing everyone how can you even smile at that point and yuna has to journey to her death....

In ffx2 is a time of peace as a girl is only nature for her to be cheerful around rikku and others character are excited since they are around the very summoned that defeated sin

Yeah, this. Its like they flipped a switch on her in X-2 to turn her into RIkku 2.0.
