Tech Help for Gaming on Mac
I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) with a 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5 Processor, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 Memory, and an Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB; flash storage is 121 GB. I really want to play this game and relive some fond memories, and was hoping I could get some advice on the best way to do this with my computer in the most cost-effective way possible, without sacrificing much gaming quality.

I'm thinking about getting BootCamp on my computer so I can run Windows to play the game, and get the best gaming quality, however, the amount of space on my laptop concerns me. I looked into an SSD upgrade to 480GB for my MacBook, but that is almost $400, which is too pricey for me for just two games. I've also heard that people play games through an external using a USB 3.0, but heard that load times could be impacted if I do that. Currently, I'm thinking of clearing my computer to make space so I can play FFX / FFX-2 via BootCamp, but I'm not sure if that would leave enough space for both the OSs to operate well normally. What do you all think is my best option? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

SSD's for macs are pretty expansive, you can find a 480gb for 200+$ on amazon

If you can't afford it you just just buy an external usb3 SSD, or even a 64go usb3 flash drive for 40$, that would be your best choice if you only want to play FF X/X2
