FFX doesn't have one. X-2 does though.

FFX doesnt have new game plus, but if you keep your save when starting a new game, you can load all the al bhed primers from the previous save so you can know what all the al bhed in the early game were telling you

There's a program called FFXED that can teleport you back to the start of the game giving you a new game +. However all the previous chest you opened will stll be opened. Check the guides section for it and a tutorial on how to use it.

Was it that you can skip video clips if you did load bhed primer save?
