Can you beat this Summoner Lady
The frist few battles. I did not have any luck. Her Aeons are much more powerful than Yunas.

level them up
KarmaTheAlligator May 16, 2016 @ 12:18pm
Fun fact: your Aeons get more powerful for every 60 battles you fight, reaching their natural max stats at 600 battles.

It's possible to beat her, yes. It's really a test to see how good you are at predicting what ability Ifrit will use next. You can't just beat her by spamming one ability over and over. You need to make good use of guard, etc. to succeed.

If you can't beat her it's not really that big a deal. The reward is just a ring IIRC.

The only way to level Aeons is level Yuna. And I am not going to grind in this game. I am talking about in a normal play through

When you see her standing around somewhere, try to get into a random battle and use it to fill up the overdrive meter of one of your aeons. It will stay filled and she will heal your aeons before the fight, so you can immediately dish out a heavy blow right off the start.

in the firsrt Battle use sort and hard-tour... either when her eion attack go on softtour... you have valfaris... take her special-attack and when you can solar-laser (dont know the english termini)

in the secondbattle go sure that yunas and ifrit overdrive-bar are full... and you can heal Ifrit with his Fire-spell...

I am talking about the first 2 battles. I am aware of that. In the second battle her Aeon uses haste giving it 4 or 5 attacks to every 1 your Aeon gets. There is no chance to stop it it is scripted. It is where she awards you the summoner thingie that allows you to give your Aeons abilities. Maybe your just not remembering it.

most likely there aeon hit you 3-4 times... you should Ifrit heal with his Fire spells whenever you could... by me this fight ends with a Win for me but you need you Overdrive attack... better 2... and your ifrit had a 50/50 chance to slip a enemy attack...

Sounds like you are very underleveld summons wise.

No it attacked 5 times. It was hasted. The haste was scripted. So its not possible to stop. I am pretty sure the game means for you to lose this battle. WIn or lose you get the same reward don't you.

No . I have proceeded through the game normally. Yunas level determines her Aeons level.

Have you done any grinding?

Also they have this way of leveling up as well.

Even proceeding normally sans grinding Belgemine is fairly easy.
