How to fix 4k DSR image zooming issues

I experienced an issue where when you use DSR with 4k, the image zooms all the way to the upper left thus making game play impossible. I experienced this on Windows 10 so I'm not sure how to fix it on any other OS.

Fix: Right click on the ffx.exe > click properties > click compatibility
make sure that 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings is checked.

Also make sure the program runs as Admin ( may not fix the issue but I do this all the time)

Also, you may need to make sure that your desktop background resolution is 4k as well.

forgot to mention to set the game to fullscreen. Borderless sometimes works if I set it while in the game, not from the launcher.
