Easy ability spheres for early game!

Extract Ability is an ability exclusive to the International and the HD Remaster versions of Final Fantasy X, found on Wakka's section of the Standard Sphere Grid and Yuna's section of the Expert Sphere Grid. It costs 1 MP and deals physical damage as well as inflicts Distill Ability on the target.

Extract Ability replaces whatever item the defeated enemy was suppose to drop with Ability Sphere(s). One Ability Sphere is award for using Extract Ability, but two will be awarded for an Overkill.

Really easy to get a ton of ability spheres early on if you use it in the forest area with those super low hp bugs and lizard things (you also get a lot of speed spheres)

You can also cast cheer like 10 times on the boat with sins fin and one shot all the scales before they can get a move.

If you're lucky and get a Distill Power/Speed/Magic/Ability weapon on the way to the boat in Besaid, you can easily farm 99 of each sphere from the infinite Sinspawns on the boat. Kind of overkill.

hehehe, did that exp farm too there xD turbo button controller on 8 hour while do others stuff.

Or you can fight the fishes when it's just Tidus and ????, they drop all the Spheres.
