How do I access the menus?

I was watching Square Enix's livestream of FFX/X-2 HD Remastered for PC yesterday. At one point they were in a menu that showed the hotkeys to activate turbo, auto battle, superpower and toggeling the encounter rate. I know those hotkeys but would like to know if anyone knows how to access this menu?

I also would love to know how to access the advanced graphics menu for FFX (not playing X-2 just yet). I have the graphics settings in the launcher (low, medium, high) but I know that there is a full graphics menu in the game, I just don't know how to access it. Is it inaccessable if you run in full screen windowed (borderless)?

If anyone could please point out how to access these menus that would be greatly appreciated.

Press Escape anywhere outside of cutscenes, and it should pop up. There doesn't seem to be a button prompt that works for gamepads, though.

if your using a steam controller you can set escape to select.

Thanks, didn't try hitting any keyboard keys, I was kind of thinking it would be the select button of the PS3 controller since it seemingly has no function.

Would make sense, wouldn't it?
According to my PS2 manual, Select was used to toggle help menus / additional tooltips.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking at first but they decided that select would by default do nothing on this version I guess. Kind of wish I could bind it to select so that I could exit the game without needing the keyboard.
