I screwed Bushido too:)
I'm aware of how it works, pretty intimately in fact. I'm not complaining that it's working poorly, was just looking to see if anyone has discovered an easy way to force textures that align with my controller. Plenty of people do the very same to use a PS3/4 controller, Square knows this, a toggle for which button set to show would be ideal.
Really at the end it doesn't matter what controller, or drivers, you are using, outside of the fact that the game has no (easy) way to detect that you're actually using a PS3/4 controller, as the point of SCP (and if you still use it, motioninjoy) is to disguise itself as a 360 controller, so outwardly, they don't have much a way of knowing. However, the controllers are functionally the same, especially thanks to the work of these drivers, so drop in replacements for the textures remove all remaining confusion.
Long story short though, I think getting the Jecht shot will make me get used to it either way x.x
No big deal just nice to have.
