Flower scepter

To obtain the magus sisters you have to get two items, which are the Flower Scepter and the Blossom Crown. To get the Blossom Crown, you must capture all the types of fiends on Mt. Gagazet and then return to the Monster arena in the Calm Lands. Talk to the person there, and he will reward you with the Blossom Crown ............. i did this but still no scepter do i need all 10 of each fiend ? and also how do u fight the rare monsters the guy makes?

The Flower Scepter is from Belgamine, if I remember it right, you need to go to the Remien Temple and fight the Aeons of her up to .. Bahamut/Anima?

You fight them by simply talking to the guy when he made a Creation and choose the Fight option, then you can select Monsters from the Area you captured them or his own Creations (Area / Species / Original Creations)

If you go to the Arena guy you can check what fiends you got so far from Mt. Gagazet when you choose to fight, you maybe miss a few fiends (you need some fiends from inside the cave from the water area for example where you are only with Wakka/Tidus/Rikku, Dark Flans / Behemots etc)

There is a chest behind the Monster Arena man which will contain one of items when you capture at least 1 of every capture-able fiend in Mount Gagazet.
The other item you get by fighting Belgemine's aeons.

I don't remember which quest gives Blossom Crown or Flower Scepter, but that's it.
I may be recalling something slightly wrong though.

Try catching 1/10 or 10/10 of every fiend in Calm Lands aswell.
