About Belgemine and Yojimbo

After beating Yunalesca I have control over the airship. Now I wanted to finish some stuff, I've started before.

Belgemine

First time I met her I lost, second time I won. Now I want to continue, but I can't find her.
Where is she? I've searched the Calm Lands, where she should be, according to some walkthroughs "... near the centre..."
But she is neither there nor in the temple, where I found Yojimbo. So, where should I look for her?

Yojimbo

I got him before I started the fight against Yunalesca. There I saved him for her final form. His overdrive bar was full and Yuna used "master summon". Nevertheless, he used "wakizashi" and then this throwing dagger. He did not seem to go into overdrive mode.

Having no idea about his "mechanics" I payed him 10 K for this fight.

Question: What must I pay him to get all out of his abilities?

From the travel agency, go south to the big crater like thing with a horn[i.imgur.com], you'll see her.

For Yojimbo, there's a lot of factors, but normally when I use him with a full overdrive and I pay 500k+, he uses Zanmato most of the time. I would recommend not to use him as part of your strategy because that guy is totally random. There's an FAQ for Yojimbo in the guide's section for more info.

500 K? You mean really 500.000,-- ?

Well, in this case I need a small spoiler:

It was a lot of grinding to raise my funds for being able to get him. Since then I'm close to broke. Currently I have about 24 K.

Where, respectively how should I earn so much money?

I mean like 500k (500,000).

Just farm One-Eye in Monster Arena. Unlock him by capturing 4 of every Eye-type monsters:
- Floating Eye (Mi'ihen Highroad)
- Buer (Thunder Plains)
- Evil Eye (Macalania Snowfield)
- Ahriman (Mt. Gagazet)
- Floating Death (Omega Ruins)
You'll get some Triple AP weapons from him every now and then which sell for decent gil.

I really recommend not using him though. Great power comes at a steep price. Even at 500k, he's still not guaranteed for a Zanmato. If you wanna rely on Aeons, I would recommend Anima, or if you still haven't got him, use Shiva and boost their stats. Works better and cheaper in the long run.

Yojimbo chance of using Zanmato goes up wildly if his Overdrive bar is full, but how much he likes you is also very important.

So long as you pay him at least once, don't let him get KO'd, and don't see him use his dog, his affection for you will not go down. If he throws the dagger thing at multiple enemies, that is fairly good. His use of Zanmato is best for making him like you, but anything better than the dog is fine.

Oh and if you need monies --> Get Rikku's Godhand weapon, get it fully upgraded so it has the Gillionaire ability, then fight the Mimics in Omega Ruins (they're 'hidden' in chests there. Use Steal on the chest and the Mimic will reveal itself). Beat a mimic and receive 100.000 Gil. Repeat many many times for easy money ;)

Yojimbo Starts with a "Compability Mode" value of 128 and can Increase or Decrease depending on a few things (capped at 0 and 255).

Negativ Values
You pay him 0Gil = -20
He gets KO'd = -10
Dismiss him before doing anything = -3
Uses Daigoro = -1

Positiv Values
He uses Wakizashi as a Single Target Attack = +1
He uses Wakizashi as a Mutli Target Attack = +3
He uses Zanmato = +4

Since Yojimbo starts with a Value of 128 you need to pay him 536.870.912Gil for ~64% Chance on Zanmato vs Yunalesca without his Overdrive beein full (134.217.728Gil with his Overdrive for ~90% Chance, Impossible to reach 100% due his 128 Compability Value).

For Moneyz, since you have the Ariship, here are a few methods for somewhat easy money.

Capture all Monster on Besaid Island and get 99 Stamina Tonic as reward, these Stamina Tonics can be used to Customize a armor with +30% HP (1 Stamina Tonic needed), if you go to Killika you can buy Tetra Armors for ~2,5k, add some HP+30% to these and sell them for ~30k.

Mimics in the Omega Ruins with the Ability Gillionaire are giving 100k Gil each (Rikkus Godhand has this ability), if your team is strong enough for these encounters.

If your team is strong enough for the Monster Arena special creations, One-Eye and Kottos would be the best option (Selling One Eye Drops and Kottos for Healing Springs to customize SOS-Regen on these Tetra Armors mentioned earlier), you can easily earn up to 3~6m/h this way.
