Caladbolg

Guys I need help, how do I get the guy blocking the path to Caladbolg to move away?

I won 0:0:0 and left the area to continue with story yesterday. Just did the Catcher Chocobo again and I won the trainer but that guy still won't move.

What should I do?

To get the guy to move, you need to beat the trainers time on Catcher. 0:00:00 is unrelated to this, aside from the fact that it always beats the trainer time.

Yes I did. I beat her timer twice. The guy still won't move.

This is the third time I beat her timer. Guy's still there blocking the way. Her timer was 0:58.

Are you heading straight there after beating the trainer? Leaving the Calm Lands causes the NPC to block the path again.

Just a small bit of trivia, it is possible for the trainer to get 0:00:00 too but of course very very rarely.

Read everything and tried every other way but couldn't get it. The game is bugged.

Its not bugged. He moves every time you do any activity with the trainer. if the gorge is blocked, do a race, if its not blocked, doing a race will block it. It just alternates his position like this. Race times are irrelevent.

It is bugged. Not just for Caladbolg. Onion Knight and Nirvana as well. I had them both in my inventory but I can't upgrade. I went back to the treasure chests and surprisingly they are there (Baaj Temple and Monster Arena). I now have two of each (one upgraded and one not). I also tried going back to some visited places, many chests were filled with items again.

Note: all of these happened before I decided to use save editor.

You're doing it wrong. The game is not bugged. If the guy blocking the area isn't standing in your way and you beat the trainer, then he will go back to guarding it.

I don't know what happened on your end but it seems you already got around this. I got the Sun Sigil on this race and left for somewhere else. Then when I'm trying to get the sword there's that guy blocking. I just raced the trainer again and beat her then went straight to the location, the guy is gone.

So, first you had an Onion Knight and a Nirvana that you couldn't upgrade. Then, after acquiring a second of each, one of each is now magically upgraded? I think you are lying.

i'm fairly certain that you used the cheat to get all items once, be it intentional or unintentional.. that would explain why you have 2 ultimate weapons of the same kind..

The cheat that gives all items doesn't give any equipment.

Had no issues with it. I just did dodgy chocobo and he moved his ass simple as that. Still beat it with 0.0.00 time after a few races. I had to get into the feeling with the lame ass ♥♥♥♥ chocobo. God I hate it.
