Missing Cutscene??

For some reason I'm missing a cutscene when I went to the command center after the Fungus Pass... ?

I'm talking about this one when Seymour arrives theres: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6usb2D-sSs

I haven't seen this one when I got to the command center.
possible bug?

I know when I reached that point that I did get that whole scene.

for me it was the following order:
after I left the elevator:
1. cutscene where Wakka kicks the cannon, hurt his feet and saying how he hates Al bhed Machina.
2. cutscene wakka saying that the operation won't work and Yuna saying that it will when everyone works together.
3. cutscene where Gatta said he wanted to be at the front
4. Meeting with Maester Kinoc and him asking Auron how he has been.

so that cutscene from Above was missing somehow...

I'm almost sure i got it. Someone got a save before this and can check maybe?

Edit: This scène is when you Enter into myrocorocs road (Not sure about english name), not after the elevator! It's at the start, just after the moment when Seymour make you go tought blocus.

1- Right click FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster in your Steam library

2- Click Properties

3- Go to the Local Files tab

4- Click "Verify integrity of game cache"

The problem is most likely caused by the FFX Data files being corrupted. Doing the steps above will reacquire the data file that is corrupted. This should fix the problem.

EDIT: And yes, I did get that scene. I vividly remember Seymour saying "then pretend I didn't say it."

The scene in question does not play after reaching the command center. It plays when entering Mushroom Rock Road after having just passed through the gate from Mi'ihen High road.
