FFX: Where can I easily obtain/purchase 4-slot armor? [SOLVED]

Hi everyone,

I'm near the end of the game (the part right after the party has the idea of singing the Hymn of the Fayth to attract and sedate Sin). I have all of the Celestial Weapons, and I'm trying to prepare for early endgame (Omega Ruins, Inside Sin, etc). Where is a good place to obtain (or even purchase) 4-slot armor? I was planning on putting Auto Haste and Auto Protect on them through customization, but I don't know where to get them. xD

If you could provide me with some information that would be great. Thanks.

(Also, I've already beaten the game on PS2, so I don't mind any spoilers!)

I talked to Wantz whilst climbing Mt. Gagazet (I vividly remember purchasing Holy Water x30 from him), but he isn't appearing at the entrance to Macalania Woods. Am I doing something wrong?

EDIT: I didn't speak to Mika at the Highbridge yet.
