Macalania Temple Bug (Resolved)

During the encounter with Seymour , I enter a state of being unable to do anything aside from open the Options menu when he attempts to summon. The music continues, however the summoning scene does not actually occur and I am instead left in battle with no controls. I have reattempted it several times and even loaded a save from ~1hour earlier to no avail. I have even tried reducing video quality across the board, but I have been running at 60fps the entire game. It may be worth noting that the scenes prior to the battle seem to run a little slow and the audio doesnt quite sync up. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Have you been using mods?

Nope. Just the base game. Haven't even used the built-in additional options.

That's weird... Have you tried verifying the game files?

Yeah I ended up turning on compatability mode and then deleting the file that was causing the problem, then verified the files. I've got it all resolved now. Cheers for the input.
