Untitled Project X With Special K Not Working

I have my game installed in my D drive. When I select "Untitled" Project X, it says Game Not Installed.

Furthermore, when I use the Global Injector instead, the custom texture mods are not working. I can open the mod menu and everything, but the game textures are still the default ones instead of modded ones. I haven't touched the game in a long time (2018) and the texture mods used to work back then. Game files have been untouched since then, and the texture mods are in the correct folder.

If your doing it solely for the buttons, dont waste your time. It will require you reconfigure your controller to work with it, even if it was working just fine before.

if you want it for other reasons its as simple as unzipping a file found on the wiki.

ehh i don't think reconfiguring the controller is required...

it certainly wasn't necessary when i tested this not too long ago

unless you mean turning steam input on or using ds4windows for certain controllers (which i don't think takes very long anyway), but then that's not specific to just this game anyway or to unx... a lot of games don't have native support for ps4 controllers etc

I found that moving the game to my SSD (C:) made it detectable.
Unfortunately I have a new problem which is black flickering during scenes outside of the "Compatibility" branch.

@GoatToHeal: If that's the case, it needs to be addressed. I have my games spread out across multiple M-2/SSD drives & for good reason. We should not be forced to install the game to C:\. My FFX/FFX-2 HD Remaster is installed on my A:\ M-2 drive & should be detectable by the program regardless of which drive it's on. Just purchased the game via Steam yesterday so yes, my game is legit - not pirated.

Just did a fresh install on my laptop and pulled UnX from the wiki (as quoted here) and I can confirm that it works just fine with no problems and all features. Couldn't be simpler, just unzip and roll.

No.

This is a single-player-only game, mod it and do with it whatever you like, it won't affect anything.
